Leslie Levy August - Vice President, New Business Development

1996-to present Vice President New Business Development/Co-Owner, Corporation for International Business, Barrington, IL

Miss Levy is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sales including new product development, marketing partnerships and alliances, revenue and market share growth and corporate identity.

Since joining CIB in 1996, market share has increased by 35%, carnets issued annually have increased by 88%, and total bond penalty amount written annually has increased by 28%.

1990-1996 Co-Owner, Digipix Editorial, Inc., New York

Miss Levy, along with her partner, introduced the digital revolution in film and video editing to New York City in 1990. Beginning with no clients and new technology, Digipix become a multimillion-dollar editorial company within 3 years. Clients included Woody Allen, Martin Scorcese, Children’s Television Network, Stephen King, Dow Jones and countless advertising agencies, music video producers and documentary producers.

1981-1990 Assistant to the President to President (NY)/Board of Directors, The Roanoke Companies, Schaumburg, IL and New York, NY

Miss Levy began her marketing career assisting Roanoke’s President in the development and implementation of customer servicing programs and captive insurance company proposals. Following her work as a corporate staff member she went on to manage what became the largest and most profitable regional office of the organization. During this time she participated in a management buy-out and also served on the Board of Directors representing major shareholders.
