CIB Online Reports: 24/7 Access to Application and Carnet Information

1) To access your confidential online carnet reports, after logging into the online application, click on either Application Reports or Carnet Reports.

2) Clicking on Application Reports will give you the option of getting a report of all pending applications or a report within a certain date range.

3) The Application Report will list all pending applications, their status, date processed and carnet number if, it has been assigned.

4) By clicking on Carnet Reports you will be able to get a list of all carnets issued under the log-in you entered, a list based on date range of either expiration date or issue date or a carnet of a specific number.
