ATA Carnet Counterfoils and Vouchers:

Every newly-issued ATA Carnet includes up to 4 Sets of Counterfoils and Vouchers Sets*, in the Basic Processing Fee when the ATA Carnet is issued.

Additional Sets at the time the ATA Carnet is issued or sets issued and delivered after the ATA Carnet is delivered are subject to an additional charge.
