Monika Jadeszko, COO

Monika Jadeszko is the Chief Operating Officer of boomerang carnets, appointed in May 2026.  In this role, she leads the company’s day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and global expansion efforts, continuing to strengthen its position as a trusted provider of ATA Carnet and international trade solutions.

Prior to her promotion, Monika served as Vice President of Global Carnet Operations, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s operational capabilities and enhancing its reputation across international markets.  With deep expertise in the ATA Carnet system in both the United States and the United Kingdom, she is widely regarded as a trusted authority in the field.  Her comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international customs procedures has been instrumental in delivering seamless, complaint, and efficient solutions for clients worldwide.

Monika is a licensed insurance and international trade professional with a proven track record in operations management, revenue growth, and global client relations.  Her expertise spans ATA Carnet operations, insurance underwriting, and international business, with a strategic focus on efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.  She is highly skilled in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and building long-term partnerships across global markets, while effectively navigating complex regulatory environments and collaborating with international stakeholders, including underwriting partners and trade organizations.

Since joining boomerang carnets in 2008, Monika has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a consistent commitment to operational excellence and customer service.  Her experience includes organizational development, talent acquisition, process optimization, and surety, positioning her as a key driver of the company’s sustained growth.

Monika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University, providing a strong foundation in international relations and global economic frameworks that informs her strategic approach to business.
