This year we are celebrating a decade of partnership with the British International Freight Association (BIFA) as proud members since 2015.  Last year, we debuted a short film produced with ITN Business that premiered at the BIFA Business Leaders Forum. The film showcases the benefits of ATA Carnets and their role in simplifying temporary imports in global trade.  Our film was produced as part of ITN’s Transforming Logistics: Precision and Purpose program that features thought leadership and industry insights from three associations dedicated to advancing the U.K. economy through logistics and trade.

In the first two posts of this series, we highlighted BIFA and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).  In this final installment, we turn the attention to LOGISTICS UK, a trade association helping to broaden the reach, impact, and importance of global trade.

We partnered with Bespoke Handling, a leader in automotive and motorsport logistics in the U.K., and a valued, longstanding client.  Bespoke generously provided their Pease Pottage headquarters in West Sussex with the filming location, featuring a backdrop of supercars.

“A week or so ago, we had an emergency in America.  There were some goods that were needed, and we got the call at 7 o’clock in the evening—on a Friday evening.  We were able to arrange the carnet and get the goods shipped out that evening and the goods arrived in Los Angeles and were delivered on a Monday morning that same weekend.  If it hadn’t been for our relationship with Boomerang, we wouldn’t have been able to have done that.”
