Corporation for International Business a.k.a. boomerang carnets® is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kernow Capital Corporation (Kernow). It is one of several Kernow companies specializing in ATA Carnets and U.S. and foreign customs duty guarantees including U.S. carnet bonds.

Kernow is a privately-held company founded by Bruce A. Wilson and under the management of Curt E.H. Wilson, and, Michael L. Host. It is 100% American-owned and operated and all of its services are provided by U.S. workers.
