We are happy to announce that Monika Jadeszko is the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of boomerang carnets, appointed May 1, 2026. 

Since joining boomerang carnets in 2008, Monika has shown exceptional leadership and consistent commitment to operational excellence.  Throughout her tenure, Monika has distinguished herself through her unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service, her strong leadership in management, and her ability to drive operational efficiency at scale.  Her expertise spans critical areas including hiring, organizational development, process optimization, and surety—making her uniquely qualified to guide the company’s continued growth.

Prior to this promotion, she served as Vice President of Global Carnet Operations and played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s operational capabilities, enhancing boomerang carnets’ reputation across international markets.  As COO, Monika leads the company’s day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and global expansion efforts, continuing to strengthen our position as a trusted provider of ATA Carnet and international trade solutions.

Her comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international customs procedures has been instrumental in delivering seamless, compliance-aligned, efficient solutions for clients worldwide.  She possesses deep expertise in the ATA Carnet system in both the United States and the United Kingdom and is widely regarded as a trusted authority in the field.  In addition, Monika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University, providing a strong foundation in international relations and global economic frameworks that informs her strategic approach to business.
