Boomerang Carnets Foster Orphaned African Elephant Mukkoka

Mukkoka, an orphaned baby elephant, is the "newest arrival" at boomerang carnets. Boomerang carnets became a foster parent to the little boy elephant after COO Leslie August traveled to Kenya and visited The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

The story of Mukkoka's rescue, led by a de-snaring team leader, illustrate the extraordinary methods that the Sheldrick team will go to to preserve the African wilderness and its denizens.
