Boomerang carnets® proudly sponsored the Chicago Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (CCBFA) Annual Golf Outing on July 11 at the Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.  Representing Team Boomerang this year were Monika Jadeszko, Vice President, Global Carnet Operations, and Marge Walsh, Supervisor and Carnet Specialist.  Playing alongside Team Boomerang were José Talavera and Jesús Talavera of TalaTrans Worldwide Corporation.

It was a fantastic day on and off the green with colleagues and customers.  We deeply appreciate the opportunity to support CCBFA.  Our longstanding association recognizes the importance we place on its members.  We are grateful to the freight forwarders, customs brokers, and cargo agents who do the heavy lifting behind the scenes for exporters using an ATA Carnet. 

This year, boomerang carnets had the privilege of sponsoring one of the holes on the course.  As a special way of expressing our gratitude, we hand-delivered a number of our new boomerang carnets golf umbrellas to valued colleagues and customers.  Monika Jadeszko remarked, “The umbrellas were a big hit and also put to use for the rain we got today.”  It was our pleasure to offer these tokens of appreciation, and we are honored and grateful to know and work with such incredible individuals.
