Sri Lanka - Updates on Ports & Customs Hours of Operations

Please note updates published by the International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (ICCSL)

Sri Lanka Customs Offices:

• The passenger terminals at Colombo airport, the sea ports of Colombo, Galle,Trincomalee and the passenger ferry terminal are open from 9:00 am to 4:15 pm from Monday through Friday. These are considered normal working hours.
• For carnet processing outside these normal business hours a special request must be made to the local customs office.

Please contact a Carnet Specialist at the Carnet HelpLine®, (800) ATA-2900 / (800) 282-2900, for additional information if you are planning to use a carnet for travel to Sri Lanka.
