Boomerang Carnets Welcomes New Carnet Assistant

We are delighted to announce that Kiel Ursin has joined boomerang carnets®' Customer Service and Sales Department in the position of Carnet Assistant.

Mr. Ursin will be responsible for providing administrative, logistical, and customer service support to the Carnet Specialists in issuing ATA Carnets.

Kiel, from Lake Zurich, Illinois, is a recent college graduate from Northern Illinois University, majoring in Psychology and, in his spare time, he is a tropical fish aficionado. He comes to us from Accuquote - Customer Service Department, where he was a hardworking, top-performing customer service professional. When applying for an ATA Carnet for business travel, Kiel's articulate and informed telephone customer service is helpful and reassuring, especially to new applicants.
