Sometimes a Carnet Opens a Door into Something Bigger - The Goodwin Project

Tuesday, August 9, 2011

There are times when we serve a carnet customer and find that their project is so unique and interesting that it deserves comment. So it is with The Goodwin Project, an Avocados and Coconuts production. This family of 4 is travelling the world and filiming their adventure along the way. This is no creepy home video to be found buried on YouTube. No, this is a travelogue with breathtaking images sure to inspire and have you longing for a relaxing, year-long sabbatical. And while we are appreciative of their business and use of an ATA Carnet, we are mostly pleased to support their project in this way and to be one, small part of their adventure. So, as their website says, "Live Vicariously!"

UPDATE: 7/27/12 The Goodwins are on the last leg of their journey in a remote Fijian island. They have traveled 40 cities, 15 countries and 6 continents.

UPDATE: 4/5/2012 The Goodwins are in Red Bluff Australia after shooting in 30 cities, 10 countries and 6 continents.

UPDATE: 10/13/2011 The Goodwins are now in Pokhara having visited 15 cities, 5 countries and 4 continents.
