We are pleased to announce the Federation de Internationale de L'Automobile (FIA) has appointed boomerang carnets® as its new Service Provider of Carnets de Passages en Douane (CPD) services for Canada and the United States. CPD is the international customs document which covers the temporary admission of motor vehicles. Personal automobiles, trailers, recreational vehicles, caravans and motorcycles for personal use are all examples of road vehicles which are eligible for a CPD.

CPD Carnet issuing services will be offered under the brand name boomerang carnets®. Boomerang carnets® takes on the task of administering the FIA Carnet program for American Automobile Association (AAA) and Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) members as well as non-members.

For information about CPDs from countries other than the United States or Canada please contact the appropriate national authority in the CPD network.
