Jacqueline Dalgleish Promoted to Vice President, Global Carnet Operations
Boomerang carnets®* is pleased to announce that Jacqueline "Jackie" Dalgleish has been promoted to Vice President, Global Carnet Operations effective January 1, 2016.
Jacqueline’s tenure with Corporation for International Business (CIB) began in July of 2008 as a Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) in training. She quickly demonstrated her ability and competence to excel in serving customers, developing new clients and working collaboratively with the customer service team. Jacqueline advanced to a fully-qualified CSSR and then to carnet customer service Team Leader where she has managed a team of four customer service professionals through a period of growth for CIB which included expansion to the U.K. and the launch of boomerang carnets UK.
As Vice President, Global Carnet Operations, Jackie is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of boomerang carnets, boomerang carnets UK and Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) carnets, CIB’s newest service. She will continue to work closely with Marketing, IT, Finance and Management to develop and support carnet operations and customer service.
