Boomerang Carnets Welcomes New Carnet Specialist

We are pleased to announce that Kristen Rogers has been promoted to the position of Customer Service and Sales Representative - Carnet Specialist. Kristen started her career at boomerang carnets® a year ago as a Carnet Assistant. She has performed most aspects of administrative and customer service support for the Customer Service and Sales Department in addition to earning her Illinois Insurance Property and Casualty Producer's License recently.

Kristen joins two highly experienced boomerang carnets® staff members, Jackie Dalgleish, V.P. Global Carnet Operations - Carnet Specialist and Monika Jadeszko, Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative - Carnet Specialist as the third associate with the Carnet Specialist designation. She will be responsible for issuing ATA Carnets, and providing boomerang carnets®' usual superior-quality customer support.

Along with her excellent customer service skills, Kristen has always displayed a high degree of enthusiasm, responsibility, and dedication. She brings experience and a proven track record of success in the Customer Service and Sales area, which will be invaluable in meeting the Customer Service Departmental goals and objectives.  With her growing knowledge of the ATA Carnet Convention and surety bonding, we are confident that Kristen will be an excellent match for this position.
