Kudos to Marge Walsh, Carnet Specialist and Team Supervisor at boomerang carnets, who was specifically requested by this returning client to handle the order.  Marge gladly took the call, and single-handedly processed all 97 Carnets for this client in 72 hours.  She received the call on Monday and completed the 97 Carnets by Thursday so that they could all be picked up on Friday, as promised.  It was a feat of endurance and concentration and Marge was, as always, up for the challenge and in her element.
